Roszell Mack III
President and Managing Member
Roszell Mack III is the President and Managing Member of Mack & Co. Prior to founding Mack & Co., Mr. Mack was a founding Partner of Ascend Venture Group, LLC, a New York City-based private investment firm focused on alternative investments for institutions, endowments and family offices. Prior to the formation of Ascend, Mr. Mack was an investment banker for more than 10 years with Goldman Sachs & Co., Peter J. Solomon Company and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Mack is a member of the board of trustees of The Edwin Gould Foundation and Breakthrough New York. Mr. Mack earned a Bachelor of Arts (Engineering Sciences, Chemical) degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. An avid contemporary art collector, Mr. Mack endowed the Roszell Mack III Emerging Artist Fund at the Yale School of Art in 2011.
